No
operator intervention is required
Once installed, InkStream Pro system does not need any maintenance
or operator intervention. You don't have to put the cartridges in
and out, as you used to do with the disposable cartridges. Designed
for a permanent installation, it can be used both for delivery of
ink and solvent. The system is working in a fully automatic mode,
performing the following tasks: communicating with the printer's chip
reader to ensure the cartridge is always recognized; controlling the
ink pump that precisely feeds the ink from the floor-level bottle
into the secondary ink tank; monitoring the ink levels and displaying
the current level; communicating with other InkStream cartridges
installed on a printer; interfacing with RemoteOperator.
All you have to do is replacing the empty ink bottle when needed.

Integrated
ink filtration
Our system incorporates ink filtration to ensure a safe, trouble-free
operation of the print heads of your printer. The inline ink filters
can be easily changed if necessary, and the replacement filters will
be provided to our users free of charge as part of our
warranty program. |

No
restrictions on ink shipping
Our solvent-based inks are non-flammable, not classified as hazardous/dangerous
goods for shipping, therefore they can be shipped with any carrier
just like any other goods. We can use airlines, courier and ground
freight services with no restrictions. Please note that any flammable
goods must be accompanied by a dangerous goods declaration, and there
are restrictions on shipping of such goods. It's a serious offense
to declare the flammable goods as non-hazardous. |

Reduced
hazard to the environment
Our solvent inks are based on Butyl Lactate, the solvent which represents
less hazard to the environment and the people compared to Cyclohexanone
that you will find in other inks, including OEM's. Lactates are widely
used in the food industry due to its environment friendliness. Even
though the vapor of our ink may cause headaches just like any other
solvent ink, there is a significantly less risk of people intoxication. |

Print
heads remain clean like new
Every day the nozzle test on your printer, or so-called the "test
draw", will show you that all nozzles are in a perfect condition.
This is achieved by the superior quality of our ink in combination
with a built-in ink filter in every InkStream Pro cartridge.
You will forget about banding, oversprays, or fuzzy edges. Of course,
a routine maintenance of your printer such as wiper exchange, head
wash, running solvent in lines, etc., is still important. |

Better
scratch and alcohol resistance
Our ink will produce prints of a better scratch resistance. You can
rub those prints with an alcohol and nothing is going to happen to
them. |

Wider
color gamut
Our ink produces a wider color gamut compared to the OEM ink. The
Magenta is much stronger, allowing you to achieve many hard-to-print
colors, such as the real Coke red! |

Compatibility
with Mimaki's firmware
Our system will work on JV3's with firmware version 2.30 and earlier.
Should the new versions be released, we will test the system for compatibility
and will post a note on this web site. |

No
copyright infringement
If you are loading a "hacked" firmware in your Mimaki printer
trying to disable the ink counter, you are breaking the law by infringing
the copyright. Moreover, you are giving your dealer a chance to cancel
your warranty on the whole printer. InkStream Pro system does
not require any modification to the firmware of the hardware of the
printer. It does not contain any copies of Mimaki's copyrighted code
in it and therefore it is completely legal to use. |

Easy
ink refill
Changing the ink bottle is easy: cut the seal, put on the lid, and
snap on the hoses. No pouring of ink is necessary. Your work place
will stay clean, and the ink will not be exposed to air. |

High-tech
design
InkStream Pro is the only one bulk ink delivery system that
uses the microprocessor-based electronics to control the function
of its components. Besides the basic ink delivery job, it takes care
of communicating with the printer, with the other InkStream
cartridges installed on the same printer, and with the device called
RemoteOperator. |

Warranty
program
Each InkStream Pro system purchased from our authorized dealer
or directly from us, will be covered by 1-year warranty. The warranty
will continue even after this, for an unlimited time, provided
that you buy at least 4 liters of ink every month from us per every
JV3. The warranty will cover any malfunctioning of the system and
the replacement filters, tubing, fittings and other wearable components,
except for the cases where the malfunction has been caused by mishandling,
accidental or intentional damage of the system. All shipping charges
are to be paid by the customer. Labour costs are not covered. |
